Our new premises have been refurbished to offer an open access reception area, group working room, needle and syringe provision room and individual treatment rooms.
We are located close to the Princess Alexander Hospital and local amenities. Our Harlow Team is available Monday to Friday for anyone wanting to access advice, information, support, assessment and access to more formal treatment.
Our Needle and syringe room is where clients can come and discuss, confidentially, ways of harm minimisation, and safe practice.
We also provide a special treatment package for service users along with their families. We do this by first assessing an individual’s need, and then planning a treatment journey with them and their families to enable them to make permanent improvements in their lives.
As part of our joined up service provision you can access Essex Young Peoples Drug & Alcohol service (EYPDAS) for under 18 year olds at this centre.
We also offer outreach services in Uttlesford and Epping Forrest (covering people living in Loughton and Waltham Abby). Outreach opening times may vary so please contact the Harlow centre for details of when these centres are open.
