Harlow
Our Harlow service is the newest Open Road service in Essex.
The Harlow team are currently working from the premises of the Harlow Community Drug and Alcohol Team. The team is available Monday to Friday for anyone to access advice, information, support, assessment and access to more formal treatment.
We also have a Needle Exchange, where clients can come and discuss, confidentially, aspects of harm minimisation, and safe practice.
The other aspect to our work is in providing a treatment package for service users and their families. We do this by assessing an individual’s need, and then planning a treatment journey with the client to enable them to make changes in their lives.
We also offer outreach services in Saffron Walden and Loughton.
