Strategic Plan

This is going to be an exciting and challenging time for everyone involved in the work of Open Road but we have to expect that external challenges will be difficult.

More than ever, potential funders and the wider community will almost certainly demand to see clear evidence that what we do is effective. At the same time we must stay focused on our ethos, providing a wide range of services to reduce the harmful impact that drugs and alcohol have on our society and on those ways of working that have proved successful in the past.
